In many ways, that was the most impressive win of this fantastic run.

After the gruelling games at Newport and Brum for different reasons, to produce a performance like that was very impressive.

The pressing for 90+ mins was magnificent.

Sarcevic and Pointon absolutely brilliant. The defence once again have to be praised for yet another clean sheet. That said I thought Tayo struggled throughout, and Crichlow seemed to be struggling from about the 20th minute with a knock.

Big shout out for young Mellon who worked his socks off and was a handful.

But then they all was. Onto Tuesday and already looking forward to the long trip to Bromley

 

I thought Baldwin was absolutely outstanding today, both defensively and with the ball. The back three were all excellent today.

 

Alexander said he has sore/tight Achilles.

 

Pointon is fecking sh1t though isn’t he!! LOL

Proud to be a Bantam this evening. That was a really good performance and some of the quality we had out there today was stuff I’ve hoped to see for many years.

Sarcevic, what a player! His fitness and form is integral to the squad - his impact on and off the pitch is there to see.

Thought Pointon was really good today but Mellon deserves the other plaudits. Really enjoyed his performance today and thought he lead the line brilliantly. Has to be the first choice CF ahead of Kavanagh right now after the past two league games. Just willing a goal his performances have deserved.

Aside of that, Adaramola (again!), Johnson and Khela were great - but it’s almost unfair to single anyone out.

Really really connecting with this squad and management right now. It’s a very long time I’ve been able to say that.

Sarcevic was immense, a brilliant display.
The least said about the ref and the linesman on the Midland Road side the better. I keep thinking every game they can't get any worse, but some of the decisions today were inept.

 

Quality today.
Sarcevic was class! Smallwood is being the player I always thought he'd be, Halliday is fit as a butchers dog, doesn't stop running and really doing well in the wing back role.

Thought the same, thought Johnson and Baldwin were great! Few posts around Johnson before the game, firmly answered them for me. Hope Pattison is ok, Sarcevic no words needed.

 

Bromley will fancy themselves on Tuesday night after resent results giving themselves a chance to get back into the promotion mix.

 

Carried on the excellent form from Tuesday which would beat any team in this division. Some of the stuff we play right now is as good as I've seen in years. I bang on about shape but this team now has it in abundance, when we attack it's with pace and movement, when we lose the ball we revert quickly back to our defensive shape. A pleasure to watch us right now, never thought I'd see myself saying that after these years of utter shite.

Fair shout. I’ve been one who has said I think some of our fans overly talk him up cause he’s come through the ranks (which TBF they have and still do). However the past few games and weeks he’s really looked very, very good and his goal contributions have been excellent. Think GA has and is managing him really well. Got to keep going, but I’m very happy we are seeing the fruits of him proving the likes of me wrong

 

To think we have only dropped 9 points at home all season.

We were excellent today. Great win.

I thought Ritchie Smallwood was outstanding, he broke up play so many times.

 

I had no doubt a few weeks ago we are going up and each week I feel more confident. We're not just winning, we're playing top three level football and there's a difference. I saw on Tuesday what this side can do against a high level side, as a result today was no surprise

 

Keep doing what we are doing because it's working.
Every game will have it's challenges but the team have shown they want success.
Proud of them all, everything we've been crying out for finally unfolding before our very eyes.
