    Alexander has got a squad that's playing for the shirt. A lot of players not really in his first team at present but still produced a great fighting performance.

    Never in doubt. Playing some decent stuff the last month or so. Walker earned himself a spot on the bench with the effort he put in. Just have a very good shape about us right now, defensively look solid

    I must admit, the first 30/35 mins had me thinking it will be a long night. However we finished the first half with some positive passages of play with the introduction of Sarcevic and Walker changing the game completely.

    Kavanagh needs to be more decisive in his passing and hold up play. There was a five minute period before substituted where he couldn't make the ball stick, nor pass the ball to a teammate within a couple of yards!

    Walker certainly changed the nature of our performance when he came on. In the first half, we seemed to play within ourselves and were content simply to contain Rotherham. We never really looked like potential winners from the 1st half performance. But that certainly changed when Walker and Sarce arrived. Walker looked like he had something to prove. The tempo changed and more importantly the mindset. We went looking for the win and richly deserved it.

    Very good performances from several but particularly from 'new' boy Crich and not so new boy Halliday.
