Fantastic player. Surprised we've never contacted him to work with the strikers at any point. Provided some great moments for us in dark times.

All the best to him. Doesn't need to travel too far from home and hopefully it helps him keep busy

You can only go the one way Deano at East Hull that is up with stats like these :He will have a tough task on his hands, East Hull having lost all nine of their opening league games, conceding 43 and scoring just three.
Talk about taking a thankless task on.

Good little clip, imagine his anger when he was told the couple sat near Savage were his mum and dad only to find out they weren't :joy::joy:.

Interesting that from what Deano says that Gerry Taggert was keen to watch Deano give Savage a slap.

Really weird one this morning. But David May was on BBC One this morning on the Breakfast show talking about brain injuries in former footballers...... May told the Breakfast team that Dean Windass has stage two dementia. I don't think that news was out in public at all?

Weird as in.... why put that out there if the man hasn't said it himself first?

Last summer, Windass joined a legal case of former pros suing football authorities for brain injuries as part of the game. I wonder if these players have had to go for scans or something since? Really bad situation and something May should not be spreading, true or not.

The story is running in the daily mail about his sad diagnosis of dementia.

I'm sure all City fans wish him and his family all the very best

Absolutely horrible to hear. My mum is currently gripped by this disease and it's heartbreaking.
