The first week of the window and three in already and two more rumoured. Hardly putting things of is it. The entitlement of some fans is amazing

 

I have no issue with who we have been brought in, but our priority remains a PROVEN goal scorer

I can't understand another MF signing, but I don't really care. The more decent players, the better

 

I think we might be losing one or two, probably Oduor or walker from that area of the field but we have already lost our loan signing in Adams and now Evans so more the merrier in upgrades hopefully.

I like us to go for another striker, someone young like Draper and send Sanderson back to Fulham and send Smith out on loan.

 

I hope you are right Pet. The only worry is we have all this type of talk , “ done deal” and look what happened with Williams and oddly with us / Chesterfield and Mellon?

I still think we need a forward who has the height and build of a Andy Cook and can put himself about. I don't think Oliver is the answer.

Agree, and yet we still haven't got proper cover for Smallwood, who will be due for at least one suspension before the end of the season

 

Harry Smith would be someone I’d fit the mould of an experienced striker, but is in a good goal scoring form this season.

Coleman was sacked last season before Leigh played for Accy when Bantams won 3-0 . Leigh was out of contract so,free to negotiate if they offered a contract due compo..

 

Now Draper would be a terrific signing in my opinion. If we pulled that off, you would have to commend the club

Or like like Haworth mentioned Harry Smith at Swindon, already one of the leading goal scorers this season but I like the look of young Draper.

 

Draper looked a defenders nightmare last season, but im struggling to see it to be honest. Just because we have all these attacking mids and Leigh about to join them. It seems we are playing two 10s and one striker to me?

Even if Sanderson goes back and Draper is his replacement, we've got a lot of lads up that top end and playing a back 5, we can't use all of them. Surely we made Burley some sort of gametime promise to get Mellon in?

 

That wasn't what those people (whoever those people may happen to have been!) were saying though, as I suspect you know. They (whoever the handsome scoundrels were) were simply saying that similar attributes are helpful for both roles and someone with those attributes could probably do both
