Fair play opinions are always welcome
However have not seen any other solution to the problem from them other than to fund Mr Rupps business in the vain hope we build it up to his valuation before he walks away with a healthy profit this will NEVER happen
The way the clubs being run it's more likely we will end up National League at best rather than L1/Championship with or without the fans financial commitment
There's no way Mr Rupp wouldn't sell if he had to fund it himself or the club was seriously plunging towards non league
In the meantime why would he sell whilst the fans are funding it and seeing absolutely nothing for it

 

A few more defeats and the protests will start up again. Which in turn means we’ll get an open letter from Rupp, a wall of silence from Sparks, an interview with Sharpe and nothing from Gent. Inbetween that, some garbled post match guff from Alexander, and a rallying cry from captain Smallwood. Oh and maybe a marquee signing on loan until the end of the season, of a 37 year player who once played in the Prem and brings in “bags of experience and competition for places”.

I agree 100%. Anger has been overtaken by apathy. At least when people are angry they care.

I think there is both. There is anger but no one really knows what is best to do to try change it, so everyone cares.
But because of the above, and the fact that nothing is changing where it needs to then that's where apathy has set in - and that's just from the players!
I really do think GA has lost all dressing room respect and as SR, RS, SG and GA have lost nearly all fan respect it clearly shows the mess we are in. There is no getting away from that.
Change has to happen now. Get out - or invest now Rupp

Tbf to GA he is not going to turn round and say "I am a shite manager, I have lost all dressing room respect and this is my fault" even though it is his fault in a fairly big part.

Nah its traditional for those who moved out of that dump of a city to come home at Christmas and go to the boxing day match. Vale will bring a few and I reckon the official attendance will be about 19,000 with only a couple of thousand season ticket holders not going.

However, Sparks getting fired, resigning or r moving to a totally different position should be.
We need to see chance at the top and Rupp to be serious about the club. A the moment he acting like he just doesn’t care about it.

We would all care but it's throw away comments like that which are a total reflection of just how much apathy, and anger, have set in. Is there a genuine way for us to try and force change within BCFC to get us out of this mess? Because otherwise all I see is continued decline if nothing changes

 

What makes me laugh, is that Sparks his supposedly head of communications, or at least that’s meant to be his “forte”. The crescendo of noise and unrest is really ramping up - he must acknowledge it. In turn, he must communicate this to Rupp, yet it’s still GA that gets hung out to dry after each dire performance. There’s a complete lack of responsibility and accountability both on the pitch and off it. If we lose vs Port Vale, then someone do the honest thing and acknowledge that things aren’t right. We as fans are owed that. The chairman of Oldham was out on the weekend shaking each fans hand. What’s our man in charge doing this Xmas?
