Alexander actually doesn’t sound deluded in this interview. Basically said defensively we were solid but relied on second balls, we wasn’t as fluid as we should be and probably should have scored more

Boring that. Thought we might get a few goals today with a more exciting team coming to VP.

Guy behind me in Kop when I was leaving was fast asleep.

 

Made hard work of what should have been an easy win against the worst side I've seen us play all season. Success for Swindon wil be staying up. Special mention for the ref who was astoundingly bad even for league 2 standard.

 

Blowing so often for minimal contact is so frustrating.
Knew we had a wrong un as soon as he booked Smith for a little bit of contact on Walker.

If it's the same guy he is the same most weeks, turns up on his own pissed and ends up asleep after 20 mins. We were grateful he got on the wrong row today

 

Bookings were given out for nothing. Even their striker being booked early on was a joke and then to top it off, Walker kicks the ball away at the end and then celebrates winning a goal kick with a few of our players and the referee didn't see that as time wasting? The consistency was so bad

 

Feel the booking was correct as Smith was high with his challenge and certainly not in control

 

The fouls he gave against the keeper were not fouls, I know keepers are protected these days but you can't give a foul when one hasn't been committed.

 

The free kick he gave against Cook was terrible, absolutely no where near the ball

 

Thought GA got it right when he said we kept them at arms length.

They won’t score if they are still playing after everybody else has left the ground.
Thought they were very poor
Rely on Smith up front but all his input was outside the box

Never once did they get a cross in for him.

Thought Huntington played him perfectly.

 

Atrocious game of football where we created very very little. Got the result but otherwise I can't find any positives from that performance.

 

They were just contact between 2 players
Every time the keeper doesn’t catch the ball cleanly the immediate thought from a ref is to blow.

Its part of modern football I suppose,so maybe we just have to get on with it.

 

Kiwomya is much better on the post match shows. He has time to think about his words and I agree with everything he is saying now
