Seems a bit daft the numbers and letters on shirts response. We need to have white numbers on the back of the shirts because the shorts are dark, so they need white numbers and they must match..... surely the priority should be reading the name and number of the back of shirts? Rather than wanting to spot what numbers on that players shorts?

Also, if they knew this was going to be a need, why agree to a light panelled back of shirt and dark shorts? Surely you say to Macron when designing it, someone knows this and says that the panelling needs to be claret on the back?

These two paragraphs back to back make no sense.

"PW acknowledged that in hindsight the club should have contacted season ticket holders in B block directly to
advise of the changes and apologised for not doing so."

"Following the communication that season ticket holders in B block had a dedicated window to move their seats,
PW expected more season ticket holders to do so. PW acknowledged that the club perhaps did not explain in
enough detail about the reasons and how moving the atmosphere section to B block in the kop would likely
    change that section."

So PW acknowledges that the club didn't contact season ticket holders in Block B (they should have contacted Block A also as they would have been affected as being directly to the side) but then are surprised that season ticket holders didn't move their seats (after not been contacted).

People at the time suggests a voucher for the shop or something as compensation but once again it was done on the cheap and in chaos.

Its interesting as well around the safe standing areas, that the quoted fee has risen from £80k/£100k when Ryan Sparks wrote it off as too expensive an option a few months back, to the explanation now that it would have cost around £250k to deploy

So reading those minutes it implies that normal rules and the messages on the scoreboard apply to the B block as normal. IMG_4451.jpeg Strange that all those stewards around the block don’t enforce this

The away end stand up through out the match and don't appear to be asked to sit down so I'm surprised they paint it as being an issue caused by those wanting to make a bit of noise. Ever since the two tiered Kop existed people have stood up at the back.

How many seats are there in The Norman corner lower tier.
Ideal place for me to have a standing section with the rail seats.
i actually loved standing on both former kops covered and open to the weather and actually would love to see the lower tier of that stand , as a standing area. I think it would create a great atmosphere, or even a redeveloped Bradford end

Sparks is now claiming it would cost £250k to install safe standing in that area. I'm sure figures of £80k and £100k were previously thrown about so next time it's mentioned it could be £500k.

I believe the rules have changed so that, if putting safe standing in home sections, there must also be a corresponding area of safe standing in the away sections.

Obviously it won't happen due to cost and the Bantams bar location but safe standing in the bottom of the Kop and bottom of the TL Dallas would be a great option imo.

Who imposes these rules? There is an EFL rule that all clubs must offer a number of seated tickets to the away fans but I was unaware of any regarding standing.

That's hot off the press from the body which oversees safe standing at all sports grounds ...

    https://sgsa.org.uk/document/licensed-standing-in-seated-areas-criteria/

The latest criteria from the sgsa are very thorough.. and probably more expensive now which might explain Sparks' latest costs. I can't imagine many clubs outside of the PL and the Championship pursuing this now.

I really wonder if some supporters who want to stand would like to pay towards the cost of the installation of Safe Standing Seating? There have been innovative supporter movements in the past. If a group of them had a dialogue with the club, then a creative way of obtaining and raising funding could be pursued.

Interestingly, the very first team in the UK to win a match, where 'safe standing' was operating, was Bradford City.

This was on 4 August 2018 when 550 Shrewsbury Town fans had the privilege of using the first 'safe standing' section in the Premier League / EFL for their match against City. At that time, there was no 'safe standing' in operation for away fans.

Who's paying for the away fans?

I get that it's a creative option but when the people who would most like to stand just stands in their seat anyway then what's the incentive?
