    How to get fired quickly…

    - Keep Smallwood on free kicks and corners
    - Weaken the defence
    - Refuse to play players fans want to see like Pointon and Young

    I like Alexander a lot. He’s been there and done it but we were very lucky on Saturday and tonight we’ve been god awful

    There's just no urgency or tempo. Even when we get the ball back on the break, it's plodding and pedestrian.
