One thing for certain, call your boss clueless and you will not last long no matter if he is or isn't.
An up and coming player, playing at the lowest league level, should have respect for a guy that has played and managed at the highest level and had a great career from it.
You might not have liked the guy, but you should still want to learn from him, and maybe have half the success he had.

I think it was Brentford a few years ago who actually did have two players called Scott Fitzgerald in their team. And Hellas Verona in Italy had two centre backs with identical names in their side not too long ago.

Do you believe we won’t be paying a substantial portion , perhaps 12months of his Prem salary which will be FAR more than what Young is probably on . Remember it was a cheap three year deal from FGR .

Yes , still doesn’t change my opinion , they work well together but hardly separately at MKD or BCAFC respectively . That’s my point . Perhaps wording it another way would work better .

I'd be happy with that. I'm not wanting to force Gilly out but he's surplus at the moment and I feel we still have weak areas of the squad so sacrificing Gilly to help strengthen one of those areas makes sense.
