The one thing that he offers more than Halliday he can get back when things break down (that's not having a go at Halliday) which could get us out of a few situation, the lad never stopped running today be that forward or getting back, it must be difficult when you've been an attacking player all your career.

The game at MK must rank as one of the hardest away games of the season, the way they play and now backed by Arab money they must fancy themselves to go up automatically this season.

 

If you thought we defended well you want to start watching a different sport park because football definitely isn't the one for you!

Honestly, I wouldn't have an issue with us riding our luck against a top team away from home.

Assuming, of course, MK Dons are a top team.

Halfway through the season with expectations defined, I don't think anyone would really be knocking us TBH.

 

We were playing a team many tip to be champions and conceded 1 I thought Byrne played very well

 

We defended as well as a team in L2 will be able to do against MK Dons.

Let's not forget they had a host of chance against us and Stockport last season, and got stuffed by both.

I don't get this worry about the defence. We've only lost Platt and one thing is for certain if he's been at CB the ball would have been coming back to us even more.

 

He did what was needed. Game management at the end was spot on. We've learned. Look lively and fit (they all did).

 

Mk Dons missed several good chances and it was only through luck that we conceded 1 and not 5. Anyone who thinks we defended well is completely deluded and isn’t worth engaging with.

 

For all MK Dons bluster we won the first half and drew the second half yet some aren't happy because at times we rode our luck and wellie the ball when required, I cant see there being a more difficult away game all season.

 

I am... But I have high expectations... I'm not a performing seal. I'll call out crap if I see it.. and we saw it. Lucky win..

 

Where has anyone posted we defended well, most accept we rode or luck , but most fair minded fans knew it was going to be possibly the most difficult away game this season knowing how they played.
