Looks like we have lost out on our loan target that we were waiting for his patent club to make a signing as he has impressed in pre season. Parker seems to think it was a midfield player.

We are still hoping to have another loan signing join the squad next week in Austria.

 

Whoever it is has scored for their parent club in a pre season friendly, which rules out Boyes because he hasn't.

 

I think the players we want to move on know who they are IMO leaving them behind is not a good move you could alienate those players and if they are getting their heads down being professional and training well you never know when they might be needed.

 

I’d only leave them at home if injured or pending an imminent transfer deal being concluded .

 

I agree Bronco and if they have friends within the squad it's also potentially very damaging to the group harmony.

Although we have had some good loan players, we have also had our fair share of absolute rubbish.
Its a dangerous game ,waiting on these players to be released by their clubs.
If we need these players for the positions they play, then bite the bullet and sign someone on a permanent deal.
All this waiting around can not help the squad gell or the player fit into his new surroundings.
Its not as if we are waiting on a Jude Bellingham type. I our case more Linda Bellingham.

 

I cant be arsed doing the research, but firstly it's unlikely that Smith, Kav & Young will get 25 goals between them as they will be interchangeable, and secondly I would put money on the fact that if you added all the goals those seven players got last year it would be more than 55.

 

The T&A is only any good for fish & chip wrapping. Their sole aim in life is to trash Bradford Live and make out it will never open and was a waste of money.

When their new owners came in, he threw some money around but the signings were guff more often than not. Signed a lot of people over the hill, but they also signed Joe Garner last season for good money. Sounds like they overspent.
