Yes I do think it is important because it builds trust which given the history of silence needs to be built. Both the owner and management need to come out and say what they are doing but even more importantly how they are going to rectify the situation or not as the case may be.

For instance if we are finding it difficult to recruit the right players and we cannot tempt then we need to let them go. The very last thing we need is a dressing room full of new players who wish they were somewhere else.

I presume this was Paul 'pablo' Aimson a very cultured centre forward, I was surprised that he only played 23 games for us scoring 11 before Hudders swooped, although we did get a fee plus Tony Leighton.
Injury ended his career aged just 29, and I didn't know he had died in 2008 from a heart attack.

 

As a person I actually liked Bowyer at first, and thought he understood the club. Turns out his problem was he didn't actually understand football tactics and he soon went down in my esteem.

 

When he left the club he blamed everyone else but himself. While behind the scenes are not prefect, I felt he was back pretty well our first season in L2. In over 30 years he has made my blood boil more than anyone.

 

I find it absolutely baffling that Rupp is still in charge of this club. It seems for the past four seasons (at least) we're saying the same thing about him and his lack of spend/connection/action. Time and time again. And each time, with varying levels of conviction, he says that enough is enough and its time for a show of intent/spend/promotion etc etc. The guy is an absolute fraud who thinks the fans are idiots. He came out of the woodwork when the protest was taking place, and now he's crawled out again pre season (tickets) with another rallying cry, before going back into the skirting board again. I really hope that more protests are planned, because herr Rupp really needs to wake up and sell up.

 

I've heard from a source (same one I got regarding the signing of Tyriek) that we have agreed terms with a player (position unknown) but we are awaiting his release from his parent club. That is it in a nutshell

 

He is still in charge because nobody is interested in buying the club at his valuation. It really is as simple as that.

 

Pretty much the identical scenario with deluded Derek. We certainly have had some wonkers through the door over the past 6 or 7 years
