Two very good players and worth their transfer fees.

 

Not seen it but i mentioned him a month or so ago. Decent loan spell.

 

Interesting to see who both end up with now they have cash on the hip. Replacing Langstaff will be a huge task!

I was asked to find a player for an article who isn't at the club already, and I did. I didn't start it as a rumour, just a suggestion in one article but it seems people have run with it!

 

With Richards and Wright we don’t need another Left wing back

 

Aye, cos neither of them are actually wing backs...

Let's hope Wright starts the season well otherwise it'll be a long wait until January.

Missed 3 months out injured last season with a thigh injury and a similar amount of time out the season before, again thigh injury.

Par for the course for us to be linked with an injury prone player I suppose.

 

Further proof dispelling your myth! There is money for the right playwrs in L2 and it is usually goalscorers. Lets give ours away for £200k though eh...

 

A centre back and a winger...

 

I think Wright has the attributes to do well at LWB in this division. The jury would be out higher up the leagues but he's certainly good enough at this level to make an impact.

That said, I'd be more than happy to also bring in a specialist as Wright is versatile so could help either filling in elsewhere or if we want to change shape.

 

I dont disagree on Tyriek

 

Richards has only ever played wing back for us

 

He has a lot to prove for us let’s hope it’s not us paying his contract off

Players should be able to adapt.
Halliday, has taken to the role well, no reason Tyriek or Lewis can not do the same. Lewis looks a little light weight for centre half to me. Between them its not too bad down that left side, especially as good left footed footballers are as rare as rocking horse poop at our level.

 

And Joe Cooke had only ever played centre forward for us until we signed him back as a centre half
