I think everyone needs to take a chill pill tbh. We have another 6 weeks before we kick off the season, and no doubt the club have a few players in their sight. I don’t see the point of paying daft money for players just because the fans are getting restless. If we manage to stay within budget that is fine provided we have the quality within the squad and we are able to mount a serious challenge for promotion. Sharpe and GA are working to make sure that happens. I am quite sure they both know what they are doing and if they need more money then it will be provided. I certainly wouldn’t be happy with getting Wyke on £6/9k a week.

 

Who's blaming Rahic for our relegation, but the way he was sacked on 4th December 2018 I believe, after Rahic's first season at the club where we got to Wembley under McCall it was all down hill from there thank God Rupp eventually came to his senses.

 

I remember him walking in front of the away end at Northampton in April 2017, milking the applause he was getting because we were on the way to the playoffs under Stuart.

Yes, he got things wrong, but he engaged with the fans in a way we haven't seen since.

 

No such thing as a freebie, proven promotion winner from this league, even at 32 he will not be cheap.
Strengthens the midfield , Forwards we are more than fine, just need a couple more for defense, if these are loans , what's the issue, all clubs at our level do it, just need to make sure they are decent

 

I doubt Cook would either and given a choice between Cook and Wyke, I'd take the kebab muncher all week long.

I do . With Walker , Pattinson and Pointon, i think that is a good attacking midfield.

He’s a good player but it’s not a show of intent. It’s not an eyebrow raising transfer.
Hes got plenty of experience at our level and likes an assist but GA now has 3 good players for the same position while we still lack in other areas.
The defensive transfers have been odd imo. They don’t appear to anywhere near an upgrade on last season and we still need a decent left back.

 

Shame he didn't engage with his partner when he was not spending the money as agreed, sorry Rahic can't take any ctredit for that season, it might not go down well but I'll repeat when Parky walked out after his meeting with Rahic neither Rahic or Rupp had a clue with regards Parky's replacement and got lucky when Julian recommended McCall, Rahic said they did a bit of digging and had heard of Stuart McCall being a legend at the club and offered him the job that was a load of crap we were weeks away from a new season and Rahic who caused a situation it never needed to have happend with his " I know football you have to take me seriously".

I think he will bring in at least 1 more left sided defender.

 

Although the entertainment has become a little less amusing past few days. The club shouldn't have indicated they were finally getting close to another signing and then go quiet again as all its done is wind up the fans in need of instant gratification
