BP has posted a picture on Instagram of him and Platt with an egg timer in the corner. Either he's signed a new contract or he's moving to Notts County.

 

Hopefully it's the new contract but probably just him and Platt meeting for the England game or something daft.

Can't see County paying an acceptable fee so I'm assuming he'll be here in the short term at least.

 

Only reason I could see it happening is to provide funds to bring Wyke in, which would be a very bantams thing to do.

 

The melt down would be like nothing we have ever seen before.

 

Sigh.

 

Sorry to post a rumour on the rumours thread. I'll post something about flags next time if you'd prefer.

 

First half is possible.... second half is pretty laughable.

I'd say option 3, it's counting down a return to training next week and VP as a whole is more likely the method of the post rather than hinting at a move to Notts.

Another option. Platts contract with us doesn't expire until 30th June, so he's invoked the "cooling off period" on the move to Meadow Lane and he's coming home.

 

I also think the home kit will be on display too.

I think your season ticket is safe mate. I don't think a lot of these doom peddlers realise how much playing for the Bantams means to Bobby Pointon.
