To say there is little competition football wise around Peterborough, Leicester and Northampton both 40+ miles away 8,000 when they are challenging at the top end of League One is poor even accepting as a City it doesn't have a big Population, obviously as some have pointed out they have a good academy which no doubt won't come cheap but Darrah and Barry Fry have generated massive fees for some of the players they have brought in developed and sold on to their credit, I'm not sure Bradford City fans would have been as accommodating going forward, hence my comment where the money gone.

29, Stockport bit part last year, hardly any EFL experience. He wouldnt have been a bad signing but on the surface he isnt one to cry over either.

Reality is, he would be an understudy to Smallwood and nothing else. GA loves Smallwood, he is our captain and one of our highest earners so he aint coming to take his shirt.

I dont think he would be a bad signing, but he aint a signing of intent either.

 

The fact he says it's up to Charlie to decide what's best for him and his family sounds like an offer has been made at the very least.
