I dont know but they are recieving decent sums and will no doubt invest in the playing side. Edwards and Burrows will fetch a few quid as well.

20 odd? For Toney? Posh got £5m plus add ons up to £10m with 30% sell on.

Apologies, I remember one of their pods from last season, I thought he said Toney brought in at least £20m for Posh but I found it and checked, he said by the time he moves on, he'll have made over £20m for them.

They will be mortified if Toney leaves for Zip next summer. Don't see Brentford allowing that though.

Brentford will be doing all they can to get him out this month I reckon, but the Euros might dent it. I believe they were one of the ones who were tip toeing around the FFP cap? Clubs that are like Everton, Villa & Forest are doing all they can to try create buzz around potential outgoings as they need to be out before June 30th for last seasons FFP caps.

Not sure on Brentford but more likely to sell so they dont lose for free.

Branthwaite and Onana the 2 looking likely to leave Everton. Villa sending Luiz and Cash to Italy. Forest may have to cash in on Gibbs-White. Leicester in a spot of bother too. Dewsbury Hall is their main asset so he will be another one potentially going.

At least we dont have to worry about all this eh? L2 football and debt free, lovely stuff.

It was reported by someone there was a 30% sell on but McAnthony rubbished that on Twitter at the time. PResumably there s a sell on but assume it will be much less than that

It doesn't appear to have affected Christian Eriksen though WW.
    Playing as well as ever.

But he's running the club terribly according to one of our associate directors.

    The mind absolutely boggles.

You gotta take alot of on here with a pinch of salt. The last week ive heard we shouldn't sign Wyke because he is only Non League standard and will probably run into Cook for 90 minutes.

Yeah, I've noticed! No, I agreed the closed season is a minefield of Rumour and Gossip... Something Lady Whistledown would be proud of I'm sure! Sorry, the Mrs has had me watching Bridgerton to "ease" my boredom before the Euros kicked off!

And their still in League One, you're correct over the years Posh have done some fantastic business but apart from flirting with the Championship a couple of times where's all the money gone, I believe the new stadium required Peterborough Council money, no axe to grind withy Darrah but as I say where's the money gone.

You could argue that by being regular top end of League One and occasionally championship is evidence of where the money has gone - in a positive sense

A club averaging 8,000 at best (during successful times) yet hardly ever under threat of being in the bottom division is pretty much punching above where they would be if it wasn’t for successful management of the club.

Small ground, small revenue. Probably invested in wages to lure the better players which is they are a consistent top end L1 club probably punching above their weight.

Also, they regularly pay fees for players, usually spend around £2m a season on fees.

Maybe the mentality at our club, including the associate director being referred to, needs realignment?
