Im sorry but anyone who unfollows the City page for teasing a football shirt is either not a fan and wouldnt buy a City shirt anyway, or needs a mental health check.

 

I cannot believe how many fans are getting worked up about this so called kit tease.

Just relax, it will be revealed in due course.

 

Youngsters. They are living in a very fast moving online world. If something doesn't catch their interest within 5 seconds, then they swipe away. My teenage kids flick from this to that constantly. I wasn't specifically talking about this City promo, this one for sure is set up for a certain demographic (those who are retro perhaps?). I'd hazard a guess, that if City had just banged out an image of the new kit, then it probably would have been shared on most of the media channels within minutes, getting a lot more hits than this teaser campaign.

Your other point - I'd say most youngsters these days do indeed need a mental health check - and I'm not saying that in a bad way. I wouldn't want to be a teenager again in this day and age.

 

My money is on the mid 70's white v necked shirt with one claret and one amber stripe, with claret shorts. Rumour has it, Sparko found 30 of them in a box in the loft and is recycling.

 

What is weird to me is the efforts they are going to for a kit, while there was hardly anything about the season tickets unlike in previous years where the videos for them have been pretty decent. Just seems odd.
