    TBH thats something I would like to prevent in future, there are so many different ways people enter players names even before we get to spelling mistakes. The script catches a number of them such as nicknames but it can't catch all of them unfortunately. Ideally I would like to find a way that you don't even need to try and spell the names or put them in the right format but I haven't found that yet.

    You can take the moral victory that if you could spell correctly you would have won (although others lost out on points for what was most likely incorrect spellings so maybe you wouldn't have)

    As it would be an absolute pain to fix it and I do say in every thread that I only guarantee correctly submitted entries will be counted how about I just give you both the winners badge and you can share first place?

    I don't know if it was you but people were doing that but it was in my player definition dictionary as an acceptable spelling of his name so you were already getting points if you did. But nice try :)

    Thanks for doing this again Simon. It’s really good fun and so much better now that you’ve got the regular table updates going again.

    Im pretty happy with seventh considering I missed entering several games during weekends away etc.

    I m mostly just happy that I thrashed @Bigrod@Bigrod :brig:

    Just realised that I’ll shortly be defending my title of Euro 2020 Winner. Only seems like five minutes ago.
    Can’t see me doing so well this time. I’m away with family in France for a big chunk of it so I won’t have the time, headspace or TV access to put in the work I did last time.

    Like everyone else, many thanks from me Simon for running this league and the regular updates.
    My go to prediction was usually a 1-0 City win with Cook to score.
    Changed it for the Wrexham away game because I couldn't see us winning.
