Couldn't resist having a look on Kadima Sports' website. The only event listed is last years Bradford City pre-season trip to Spain!
Unbelievably it will still let me buy a bronze package!!!!!!

Disappointed the Sunderland game is on a Tuesday!

 

The resort itself is fully booked for that week, but plenty of other options nearby.

You forgot Halifax,most successful of local non league teams last season.

 

Completely forgot about them although from what has been said in the past I don't think the police would allow that and it looks like they don't want any home pre-season games so it will either be behind closed doors at the training ground or nothing

 

A Halifax v City pre-season match, in the sun, with all of those pubs within a 15 walk of the ground, would be carnage.

 

That would be awesome. 10 minutes down the road from me, going in my local pubs!!

 

I’d love that. 5 min walk to low moor station, 7 mins on train, 8 mins walk to The Shay. Plus another ground to tick off

 

I have been to the Shay a few times. I like a good open air stadium only pre season though.

 

Used to go to the Shay a lot in the late 80's early 90's when they played on a Friday night. Few beers before the game. The game. And then loads of beers after. Great fun. Love the Shay then and now.

 

Yeah me and my mates did too Keefly.....

 

More sense than going somewhere stupidly hot!

It used to be a right dump in the late 60’s early 70’s . Other than one covered terrace and seats which was populated by Halifax until City fans arrived and the rest was mainly cinders as best I can recall. Nice little place for a night game on the service trains from the Exchange.
