Rupp & Sparks Out?

And people like @Bronco say Sharpe is reporting directly to Rupp. Really? So why is Sparks at this meeting? Totally pointless him being there.

Sparks is the CEO rightly or wrongly, but while he is in the post it’s his job to be involved in budgets and player retention and recruitment meetings.

 

It's okay @Bronco because @Fordy117 will be at the next fan protest calling for Sparks to go. Just like he was at the last one

 

Why should Sparks have anything to do with player retention and recruitment when we have a head of football operations?

 

Exactly. He will want to justify his position now by keeping involved in everything, but hopefully Sharpe will see straight through that baloney and expose him for the imposter he is!

 

When I managed staff unless it was absolutely necessary ie I had something to contribute I was out of there, I had more than enough work to complete without adding in unnecessary meetings.

 

If you can’t fathom why he needs to be there, then I worry whether you’re in any position to comment….about anything, really.

I'm still awaiting his reply with regards my post asking him about his attendance at the protest, you know the guy who is always telling other fans they accept mediocracy, I'd have expected @Fordy117 to be on the front lines.

 

Whatever happens in the Clubs restructure meeting today I sincerely hope the minutes are actioned upon.
We all want to see the club give a clear and precise message of it's intentions going forward with an achievable action plan put in place that's visible for all to see.
Give the supporters something we can be optermistic about going forward we've certainly done our part in numbers.
No more false dawn's or broken promises deliver your vision or sell up it's as simple as that.

Simply because he is literally the boss,he’s Rupp representative at the club. I’m surprised that you don’t think he should be there. It’s an important meeting and he is the head of the organisation and would need to know what’s going on with players retention or otherwise.
