The Grimsby Town game, one of our more local games on bank holiday weekend and we can't shift 1,200 tickets on general sale.

You can but there showing what you had before the switch all three in my family have points to be added don't know when it's on a back burner I'm still trying to digest today's open letter from Rupp

 

Dont like the look of this ticketmaster site. When you click on the link and log in there doesnt seem to be any button to renew existing seats. Just takes you to the seat plan, and pretty much everything is greyed out as unavailable, including your existing seats!

 

Click to the right of 'season tickets' to sign in ... then click 'season tickets' again...

Have to say once you activated your account, which was easy to do once you actually found the button which was probably the only faff, the renewal was really easy and straightforward. It probably takes 1-2 minutes.

 

Yes! It's dead easy to use and much better then the old system once all friends and family have been added correctly.
Good move by whoever sorted this out, as with any change there was a few teething problems but all looks good when you get the hangover of it

Was this on a laptop or mobile browser, Wilsden? Couldn’t see a renew button on mobile!

 

Computer/laptop. I couldn’t find the activate my account at first, my feedback would be to make it more obvious so set up a new account then found it as is the way, once you are signed in then it gave me the option similar to what Tony put earlier.

 

Thanks. Sounds like laptop is the way. I activated my acct fine, added friends and family easily, but then got stuck using mobile browser. After hitting ‘season tickets’ this is all mobile shows….

(my current seat is then greyed out on the seating plan)

gonna try laptop when home later!

 

Thanks for your reply Birky. It looks like I am logged in - It shows my supporter number and loyalty points when I hit the little person icon.

says I have no notifications so Im wondering if I’ve another account with a different email address that I should have activated!

 

Cheers. Thats interesting to know how it should look. My notifications is just blank on that screen. Might be a trip to ticket office to sort in that case!

Yep. Isnt the deadline to keep seat Friday, too? Too short a deadline when the website isn’t working properly for some. Even on my laptop I’ve no notification message to renew!
