There’s more chance of Andy Cook dropping to non league

Simple answer - scoring goals, media want to be his best friend. Not scoring goals and he becomes just another player. In reality how often do we hear our players talk to the media apart from post match quotes, which usually come from the one chosen by Radio Leeds after a match ?

When was Andy Cook (who will overtake Young in the goalscoring chart tomorrow) last quoted ?

 

The Swindon press only talked to him regularly because the rest of the team are shite

Maybe at his age, there is, but Cook has had a long career and been a consistent lower league goalscorer.

Jake Young has had a one-off good few weeks earlier this season in league 2.

 

Well if your prediction comes true we should have snapped Carlisle’s hands off when they offered £250k for him in January.

 

We should, that was the hottest he's ever going to be and had a decent amount of contract time left. After this summer he'll practically be worthless.

Jake Young has done nothing for Bradford City.
