Season Ticket Renewal 2024/25

They will be here though, unless somehow removed. There does not appear to be any business man or consortium on the horizon, so it is down to the supporters to try and move things on somehow.
A proper footballing CEO would be a start. I have no gripe with Sparks, but isn't his background Media/ commercial.
Did he not come from Featherstone rovers? were he was media manager.

 

I am very dubious as to buy one or not
I have had a season ticket since 1958 except for the 15 years I spent with the forces
The last 2 or 3 years the football produced on the field has left me bored at times under Hughes play around with the ball at the back then try &score the perfect goal
Under Alexander hoof ball and it just comes back hoof it back down field
No I think I can choose the games I want to go watch I don't care if its Oxford Everton or Sheffield as long as I enjoy the game
Bcfc have a lot to do to make me buy another season ticket

 

A reduction in season tickets could turn out to be a good thing in the long run. Anything like a good run will bring many back as walk ups paying a lot more per match

 

A long long way to go before that looks like happening I'm afraid to say.

He does have a point though that all the fickle ones who don’t renew would soon come running back once they get a serious outbreak of FOMO when we’re storming the league.

I do when its full of complete crap ......... i bet the majority of clubs wont have our squad size and the braindesd contracts we have handed out

 

Simply dont renew and force him into action either by selling the club at a reasonable price or he will simply have to start forking money out of his own pocket to prop it up.

Folk will get into the emotional aspect of it but i cannot sit back and fund these two tossers any more.

 

I didn’t buy a season ticket this season first time in over 20 years, have no plan on getting another or putting another penny into the club until Sparks has gone at the very least. I know others like this also so I wouldn’t bank on your theory.

 

Why would not renewing force him to sell or force him to dip into his own pocket?
The reality is we’ll go down, we’ll leave VP and probably eventually go out of existance.

 

What a terrible business strategy. Pi$$ fans off, reduce ST sales, cross your fingers and hope the vastly reduced player budget unearths a few gems (as rare as hens teeth right now under Gent's recruitment) and then we go on a long winning run (which we hardly ever have done in all the years I have been a fan). Nice one Park. Can really see how that is going to benefit the club.

 

So let's "help" him realise that possibility is a real thing and to protect his investment he should sell ASAP before he loses it all.

 

What the club should do is say sorry for such a disappointing season, come clean about mistakes, guarantee the same playing budget for next season and cut season ticket prices 10%. It will probably make the finances a bit tighter for Rupp next year but not as tight as if all the fans fall out with the club and don't turn up.

This would be good, but will be quite costly. The way I see the finances is that even if we maintain 15,000 ST sales (ahem) this year at the same price as last season, we will still require Rupp to sanction more cash to the player budget from other (likely challenged) club budgets or provide another "loan" from his other cash-pots.

 

The majority will probably watch it on ifollow when they can. Not sure your theory holds water. Ppl who refuse to renew are not fickle, they are upset and angry at our current plight.
