If McDonald is fit enough for 90 minutes I'd play him instead of our Captain fantastic.

 

But you could see what he was trying to do. There were at least a handful of positives. A coherent style that may been direct, but was recognisable, with the diagonal to Hanson. We had Davies, Reid, Ravenhill, Hanson. Easy in hindsight but I believe most people recognised the scale of the rebuild needed and the signs that indicated we should trust Parkinson to do it. I don’t trust GA to do it, nor Sparks, nor Gent.

 

Exactly, that was the last straw for me yesterday. Not his overall performance which was dismal, but he failed to lead. Then to allow another team member to come out and speak to the fans. I say coward!!

 

Even the trolls have dropped to new depths.

I'm as frustrated as the rest, but I don't think sacking GA is the answer. How many times have we sacked managers? Alright the football's not great, but it can work. I don't know what his style was at other clubs though or if he's decided this way is the only way for now as the players are gash...

They've all had success elsewhere too, so on the whole we can't just say they're crap at it... it's this club, something (we know what) is wrong.

We need a director of football to work with Gent. A new CEO. Keep Ryan as commercial director.

 

Many did, don't forget we are talking about the same people. The problem isn't the fans though, it's the owner, CEO and direction of the club. The fans don't hire and fire the managers, it's not the fans' fault.

 

I've been away at oldham twice and the fans have helped 2 managers to get sacked. How many times can this merry go round keep going before we give a manager a proper chance before giving him the hook. GA maybe not everyone's favourite but is experienced at this level unlike some others,I would love to wave a magic wand and get a manager who has us playing like real Madrid but who is he?give the man a chance

 

Not quite so Faithful , in that season we had many posts calling him Plonkinson and get this clown out of our club comments on the old Bantams Banter site. In fact after the league cup final and promotion someone posted all the negative Parkinson comments to embarrass the many posters who went into meltdown.

 

Was hearing about Klopps signing by liverpool on the radio today. 60 page dossier created and presented to the owners, his previous clubs and results, what budgets he had had (signings) and whether he had over/underperformed in a given season.

GA was bombed out of his previous job in no time at all, a completely uninspiring signing.

what exactly is our due diligence. Whatever it is it needs chucking in the bin.
