Young will move, so he will have targets in mind for sure.

 

I wasn't sure, so another ex player potentially coming in, yet Alexander in his pre Doncaster interview says he's happy with what we have when fit.

 

I think he did say we could “ bring another” in , on the basis others move out. Tulloch (?) was mentioned as certainly going, Read into that what we will. If I were a betting man , I’d say one more in….who , and for what position , no idea ! I have a feeling he’s maybe thinking Chappy isn’t the answer.?

 

If we end the window with Cook, Young, Smith and Derbyshire as our striker options then I am pretty good with that. Young a definate upgrade on Oliver. Always Wright to consider too as not sure where he sees him.

Would still like another CB if we can move one on, and a CM if Pattison is out for a while.

Just need a CB, Ridehalgh and possibly McDonald and Derbyshire off the books now but looks like they will see the last 6 months out.

LWB - maybe need one but again, not sure if that is where Wright comes in. Richards solid enough and Oduor as back up perhaps. Ridehalgh just isnt the answer.

 

Really don't think we're going to get better CBs than we already have and I think they're enough to be getting on with, much more pressing concerns in the squad

 

The fact that Wright himself has set himself the target of scoring double figures hints at him playing a more forward role imo.

 

Well If Stubbs is sold we are going to need one. That was the rumour anyway.

 

Well I can see someone else, possibly two leaving if thats the case.

3 forward positions (assuming 343) available and Wright, Chapman, Pointon, Oduour, Walker, Smith, Young, Cook and Derbyshire fighting for those shirts - thats 9 players.
