Fine with Oliver going. He made zero impact here. Little more than Guthrie or Robinson in all honesty.

Do hope we’ve a replacement lined up to keep Cook on his toes, though. Maybe that lad at Sutton is incoming afterall…..

 

I hope we ship a few more out in the next few days of the window that was the managers intention at the start of it.
What's happening with Tulloch?

 

Smith was certainly on our radar but not sure their manager Morrison wants him to leave.

 

They were after Armstrong. Stranger things have happened.

 

The are after Clarke-Harris too and recently let Waters go out to Donny. Cant see them bothering with Cook.

 

Some guy on FB who has got everything right so far reckons Wyke is signing this week

 

They have no interest in Cook. They have four better strikers and will be in League One next season

 

My next bit of info is Charlie Wyke return, but we still trying thrash a deal out, could fall through

 

Heard it mentioned a fair bit. I'd have said no but it would be a great PR move by the club. Would be very warmly welcomed back. Could be the boost we need.

 

That would be an amazing signing but little chance IMO. Not while he is key for Wigan.

Can’t see it with Wyke he has scored 7 in 15;this season for Wigan and won’t want to play second fiddle to Cook at this stage of his career

 

Love the idea they are thrashing. Proper tabloid headline stuff

 

They’re paying all his wages apparently. After his form and operating, no one in the football league was going to realistically buy him right now. If he does well at Stevenage someone may end up buying him for a small fee in the summer. Good business and short terms frees up some wages, which will be a big chunk as he was apparently the highest earner.
