    Any idea when these dates are usually announced? Looking at the fixtures, both City and Sunderlands first biggest game ( with the exception of City v Barnsley this week ) will be against each other on Saturday October 6th. With fixtures during the week prior to this game and no midweek games the following week, i can see this becoming a dead cert Sunday Noon kick off live on Sky. As an exiled ex pat, this would be a dream tv date.

    Premier League is on that date. Sky usually only show League One and Two matches during International breaks.

    Madness. It's no wonder Leeds fans hate Sky the way they mess around with their kick off times. I'm happy with two decent away matches a year being on Sky. I hate the home games we are on it.

    Well actually no...i was thinking more generally than specifically. Otherwise i'd have specifically identified Villa away or Wigan away. But feel free to keep a negative spin on things. Ironic name btw.

    Same as with Leeds, they will attract bigger TV audiences. Coventry fans boycott home games but they are a big club and will jump at the opportunity to watch their team, Sunderland doesn't need explaining.
