This will be a very tough game tomorrow, Barrow have a tight defence and we need to start scoring goals. However we setup, the need for others in the squad to step up has never been more important. There is a lot of talent in this squad but GA needs to solve the age old issue of how to get the rest of the team scoring.

 

Good luck to them, only been back in the league a couple of years so already punching above their weight. Seems a positive step.

I imagine for Barrow it means they can compete for players. If they don't have to live in Barrow and can train in Manchester it's better for the players.

Yes, they've trained in the North West for several years. It allows them to get a better quality of player and they don't need to move up to Cumbria. It's worked really well for them.

It's good to see so many of us optimistic, but for me it just feels like another 'here we go again' and I'm really short on enthusiasm for this match. I'm actually dreading going to be honest.

I would personally prefer to live in somewhere like Kendal or Newby Bridge than Manchester
