I have always thought that. I suspect there is a rule whereby you cannot bring a match forward.

 

It's been done before. I presume both teams will need to agree to it.
We might not want to, with a new Manager coming in. They may prefer time on the training pitch.

 

We always have a pre match mucky curry for Tuesday night games, leave it as it is please!

before the cup run games we used to go to Shish Mahal and after we beat Arsenal we kept the routine!

We used to go to the sheesh all the time, and had done for 30 plus years. Taj used to deliver curries to us in the Beehive through the pink room window, but when he retired and his sons took over it totally lost its friendly atmosphere. I find it quite oppressive in there now if you are white.

That said, someone told me recently that Taj was back so might give it another go.

 

Used to be K2 for years, but since they closed it’s been Sultan and Shish Mahal.
Cafe Punjab near the fighting *@?$ is great but just that little bit further away from the ground

 

The last couple of times it’s been much better, didn’t know about the ownership but that might explain why.
It’s a little pricier now but the food is great (although make sure you go higher with the spice as it can be a bit mild)

 

The game won’t be changed with 4 weeks notice, especially considering the additional costs for MKDons fans before Christmas as well as their team transport, hotels etc all which are booked well in advance.

 

It would make sense so as to free up a mid week slot in case of bad weather but as has been said it is a bit close now. If not done in next couple of days then it is a no
