    With the total lack of obvious progress in appointing a manager, then there has be a logical reason. :unsure:

    Sparks knows that the club is being sold (thank @Norman Corner@Norman Corner for his ‘in the know’ post).

    When the sale is completed, Sparks will be replaced by a new Super Dooper CEO who has played professional football at the highest level (& League Two!)

    However there has been a problem with the sale, which has delayed the process.

    Sparks has no authority to appoint a new manager, as that will be down to the new ownership.

    However as part of his immense exit ‘bonus’ he has a NDA. The value of this bonus is significant, so he is not saying anything, other than mumbling incoherently in a dark corner.

    For clarification, the owner is not a Mega wealthy Car Wash owner, but someone with a murkier past.

    I prefer the Elvis & Michael Jackson are still alive and living with Buzz Aldrin & Michael Collins at the building they mocked up the fake moon landings in theory.

    Funnily enough Nathan Rooney has tweeted this week that he is looking forward to his next challenge in the UK in the coming days after a very successful spell in Gibraltar.

    Rooney has been Pressley's assistant in the past.

    Hopefully they are Grimsby bound and not here

    Joke of the day Rod, well done, made me laugh,
    ML telling people he would buy but clearly hasn’t the funds by his own admission. Remember my post on another thread that whatever the purchase price you need another £4.5 million to meet the EFL/ FA funding requirements. A non runner.
