Sheffield Wednesday owner announced yesterday that they need to raise 2 million quickly to pay HMRC and doubtful wether wages will be paid next month, that’s a bad owner. Rupp is a reluctant owner but he’s not a bad person, a bad owner, a little unambitious in not investing some of his fortune but he doesn’t deserve this abuse and when Rahic almost wrecked the club he always said he had a duty of care to keep the club going when his advisors told him to write off the club.

Chansiri has asked for 20,000 fans to give £100 each in an interview with the Sheffield Star to cover the debts because they think they are the owners. That bloke is a complete nightmare.

But going down the "he's not as bad as X owner" road is never a good one. He may well be a very nice man and a good businessman but when it comes to City, there's a clear disconnect that is never going to be bridged by an absent owner. Not putting a penny into us is another thing that will never win some fans round. I think this is a circle until he sells as he isn't going to fully back the club, he isn't going to be involved in the operations and is happy to let Sparks and others run the business for him. The modern fan wants to see their owners have a care and desire for success and we just don't see the actions or hear from Rupp enough to know he wants that too.

 

Bradford City fans need to wake up and drive Rupp out!

Not just Rupp but Sparks, @wetherbywhaler or anyone else that’s been with Rupp need driving out of the club also!

A business has to run without making losses or surprise, no business . Plastic windows anyone , almost 700 people redundant.

Safestyle what a fall from grace

 

As there doesn’t seem to be anyone interested enough or have the wherewithal to meet Rupps asking price a good compromise could be someone or a group buying a majority stake in the club. That way he can still get a return on his money and people with fresh ideas can come in.

 

Grace? Went for an interview there around 15/20 years what I witnessed in that half hour was some of the worst work place environment you'd imagine.

We had door fitted a couple of years ago. Only chose them due to association with City. 2 measurements 4 months later wrong size door. Sent two more measuring engineers to measure. Phil is carpenter and told them the door threshold was not plumb so would need adjustment. 1 month later door arrived still not right. So we just said put it in, argued for a rebate. Wouldn’t dream of buying again from them.

 

I wasn't sure if it was the family that owned SafeStyle or @Fordy117, big house electric gates all the mod cons of a very successful business man.
