Very tenuously through one member who was in Southern Death Cult.

Not sure how many were from Bradford, but they were formed here and their first gig was at St George's Hall in 1981

 

Terrorvision are all L**ds fans, so I'm led to believe.

 

Thought they were City fans myself. Kaiser Chiefs from Menston are Leeds fans, one of them hosts a regular podcast

 

The early members of The Cult [or Southern Death Cult as they were originally known] minus Astbury and Duffy but including Aki Nawaz [who went on to become part of Fun-Da-Mental] were from Bradford. But I don't think any of the band were from Bradford by the time they were famous and having hits. Astbury is from Heswall originally and Duffy is a Mancunian of the blue supporting variety. I'm sure I've read somewhere at some point that Astbury wrote some of the Cult's biggest hits whilst he was living in a flat in Eccleshill though.

 

The bassist out of The Skeletal Family [80's Goth band from Keighley] is a big City fan. Not a well known band name these days, but he's gone on to have a globe trotting career with some massive bands including Oasis, Paul Weller and Culture Club. He regularly gets all kinds of famous folk to hold up a City flag and posts photos of them with it.

 

Bassist from the Love Affair was from Bradford, Kikki Dee from Bradford. Delius from Bradford.

 

That WOULD be a circus! Hilarious to watch play our circus, but still would be an absolute circus. Watching the NFL when the Chiefs are on since she started dating Kelce has been cringe at its worse. They practically have a Swift cam on and everytime Kelce makes a play, the camera immediately pans to her box.

Don't think there's the same luxury lifestyle at Meadow Lane.

And I'm off to see the Cult do their Southern Death Cult tour at the Barrowlands in a few weeks time .. cannot wait
