Bobby ineffective ( except getting scythed down for the goal assist)

They've played well, helped by two easy out balls to the wide full backs/wing backs and our forwards not really tracking back.

Taken us a while to get hold of the ball and string some passes together. Can't see Cook scoring with the kind of deliveries that have come in in the first half.

 

McDonald is finished

 

Well that was very poor Pointon, Wilson, Cook, Osadebe not in the game Lewis shocking and nether full backs can pass the ball,

 

Time for McDonald to earn his stripes. Poor first half, all over us.

The refs been shite booking a city player for a high boot but not their player who caught cool in the face. Lewis has cost us both goals. Deserve to be behind after a shoddy opening to that half.

 

The lads deserve criticism - worst they’ve played all season from what ive seen (didnt watch morecambe) - completely lost and chasing shadows. Dunno how he rectifies this, as the only positive is that were only one down, not 1-4 down as we deserve to be.

 

They’re causing us issues up top and we need to get a grip. We’ve been lucky with a few missed opportunities from them but Payne’s strike was decent - however looked too central to be beating Lewis. We’ve been poor in some areas.

That said, weve looked ok at times going forward and cracking finish from Gilly on the goal.

Get our heads straight - tighten up and concentrate better and we can get back into this.

That was woeful. A proper footballing lesson for our lot there who were chasing shadows. Only positive is we're still in it because MK Dons should be out of sight.

You cant defend what we saw first half mate very poor very few doing their job MK could have been out of sight.

There's only really Oduor to move into the midfield so I'd do it. Chapman and Tulloch on out wide and Platt in at the back.

McDonald = Oduor
Taylor = Platt
Chapman = Wilson
Tulloch = Osadebe

It won't happen but I'd like to see it!

 

Overall.. we're crap. Don't worry... Fingers crossed we should have league 2 football next season.

 

Osadebe and Wilson need to be tracking back more to block off their wing backs. They should have run them selves in to the ground in the first half knowing they'll be changed in the second half. We've given them way too much space out wide and that has led to some unnecessarily frenetic defending.
