My Landlord wanted to sell the building we are in, so i had it valued, he is still crying at the low valuation given and the fact if he could move the building a few miles to the east, it would be worth double. The current value is far less than he paid for it.

He did this yesterday… he pretty much squashed the rumour. Unsure if WW is connected as previously but would assume finger slightly on the pulse.

The value of the club can be backed up with revenue and assets which give a fair valuation
Yes someone has to be willing to pay that but under no circumstances would anyone sell for less

This isn’t an random item on eBay with no worth trying to get much as possible
