I think in future years Mac could become a good manager. He as a great playing CV and shown Character in adversity. I think at the moment we need experience. I said no to Paul Cook but if he could reunite with Leam Richardson I think that Partnership could be successful.

When Adams was sacked and Hughes came in, even in defeat to Mansfield, you could see the players had taken on fresh instructions and had more zip in their play.

Whoever the new manager is they'll hit a dodgy spell and the players will get bored.
For me it's on the club to have the know how and the plan to notice when the team isn't performing or when there's a change in attitude and act accordingly instead of waiting till it's too late.
