So why would he then come out and speak to Jamie afterwards? It makes no sense.

Hughes out for me but I would have got rid in summer as target promotion and failed. Yes we don’t own ground yes we share training facilities with a school yawn yawn. I still believe we will attract plenty of applicants once he gone. Poison challous probably we are! But imagine if you’re the person who turns it around. That’s what ever applicant will think. I think we need all his back room staff out too number 2 has been a waste of time. Knowledge of this league apparently I beg to differ. So the new manager merry go around about to start buckle in guys as the roller coaster starts again

Resignations don't have to be accepted immediately, and while under contract he has media obligations to fulfil

Although I agree Bradford City Football Club has been a poison challous for many years with the odd exception, for me as a manager I'd see that as a positive that I could be the said manager who turned the clubs fortunes around, but as we all know the appointment of a new manager is always a big call, its been quoted many times but its still true there are no guarantees with regards any managerial appointment.

I keep seeing discussion about managers contracts and paying off etc but has the general consensus that payments stop or reduce when they get another job actually been confirmed anywhere? Just think it if it is true then it would make sense for manager to sign a reduced contract at their new club for whilst they have outstanding payments but then pumped up afterwards so that the new club save a bit but the manager also benefits?

Smoke & mirrors ? Who knows. Bigger question is why did he come out before six, but Stubbs did ?

Was he bollocking the players ? Not his style really. Was Mr silent (his assistant manager who is so anonymous I can't remember his name) bollocking them ?

Was he in a meeting with Sparks? Did he resign only to be told by Sparks that it was his mess and he didn't get out of it that easily ?

I have no idea, but I do know he is a dead man walking unless he has a St Paul on the road to Damascus moment.

You said uncle in your first post, but now it’s close mate?

Sorry if I am misunderstanding, but your “source” is such a tedious link it is laughable

Without trying to play top trumps, my source is much more credible. My lad was in Leeds last night in the company of Bobby, Afoka and Tulloch….

Keep up. My daughters fellah was told by Bobby Pointons uncle, who is a close mate of my daughters fellah, who is a manure fan but knew where Jack was. Still with me, or is that too tenuous.

My daughter was here for tea yesterday (spicy chicken kebabs, homemade flat bread and asian slaw) and her fellah showed me the text he got.

Nowhere in any post have I said I believe it to be true, but what I do know is what the text said and where it had come from.

Laughable it may be, but I'm simply relaying a fact, that being what he was told. I've not relayed it as fact.

    Simples, as the meerkat say.

Has to go we are getting sucked into a relegation battle. Utterly unforgivable.

I know 100 fans is only a small sample but there seems to have been a huge shift in the number of fans who think Hughes needs to go. It was closer to 50:50 before wasn’t it?

Four in every five fans who’ve answered now want him gone.

come on Ryan/Rupp. Do the right thing and save the season.

He said he was late out because he was studying the footage of the two corners where we conceded.

If results continue to be poor Hughes will have to go but to put a poll up straight after a poor result is only going to go one way. If had been put up post Newport the result would have been the other way.
I still would like continuity with as Morais said perhaps help being brought in for him possibly a coach with lower league experience because Hodges is supposed to be the one with that, but he shows little of it.

If he really needs to study that to find out what went wrong from those corners
Then we are in more trouble than I thought

Studying the footage and having an analysis, but letting one of his centre backs (who admitted fault and said the defence needs to do better) go out for an interview instead of being part of the analysis. Just weird.

I was sat in B block of the main stand so a fair way away from the kop end where the 3rd goal was scored and I could see quite clearly that Lewis didn’t jump.
    The end.
    No further analysis needed.
