    Hi everyone Boro fan here travelling down for the game Tuesday Night can anyone give my any recommendations for good decent car park and an away pub before the match. thanks in advance

    Others will be able to tell you about the pub but the best car park is in the Broadway shopping centre. A 10 minute walk uphill but it is safe and secure.

    Not sure which way you plan to travel, but if you come along the M62, and it takes you down the A641 Manchester Road, then there are some major roadworks near the centre and it can take a lot longer than normal.

    If you are not fussy, then the Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane seems to open on match days and is an away fans watering hole.

    Pubs wise, as long as you’re not in a rowdy mob you’ll be fine in most pubs, home and away fans usually mix pretty well apart from the obvious select matches. North Parade, City Vaults or Sunbridge Wells are normally decent in match days.
    Bradford Arms is a dive and will be surrounded by police and no doubt full of little chavs

    The M62 is a pain going Westwards between 4-30-6-00,as they are still installing new barriers,near the junction with the M1,but it's a lot better than it was a few weeks ago,so allow 10-15 mins extra,and you should be ok.

    Avoid the Rose & Crown on Westgate. It's rammed full of home supporters and whilst there is never any trouble, I wouldn't bet on that being the case if away supporters turned up.

    Any on North Parade will welcome you, as will The exchange ale House & city vaults. Avoid the old crowne and drum windwr, both low rent.

    Thank you everyone I really appreciate your help Hopefully a good game. I'm not into digital wallets on my phone so will take my debit card. thanks for the pub info as well as the travel info i will see where they are on a map they is 2 of us going down in the car. I also have to commend your club for the ticket pricing we sold the 4056 allocation so hopefully a good atmosphere.

    Not been to your new ground but Ayresome Park was always a favourite away game for me. A proper football ground. Always a good atmosphere.
