well we all know about Parkys record in pen shootouts... so we need to win in 90 mins

 

Watching a video of their goal, who sets up our set pieces? Smallwood ending up marking a bloke who looks a solid foot taller than him which turns basically into a free header.

Last season we conceded 50% of our league goals from set pieces, which was the highest in the league. I don't see the point of just lumping all 11 in the box in the hope that we can defend a corner.

A carry over from last season. Obviously the management do not see that is an area that needs to be addressed - like having an effective player who can take our corners and free kicks add to this season a mobile ball playing cb in the three that we have failed to bring in assuming Odisuna is not going to start.

 

It's just that though - put everyone in the box and hope the mass crowd prevents a chance while simultaneously giving us no chance to score on the counter.
