    I get why he's been sent out as we have a lot of depth there, but I would have sent Osadebe before him. The quality they both have on the ball is night and day, the only thing Osadebe has on him is height and physicality. Also in the very few league games East has played, I'm sure we haven't lost when he has played in them.

    Needs to go, wouldn't ever get a run of games here and he's 25. Those delays we were giving out last season don't show well on our recruitment team. Odusina next.

    Easts record isn't that great to be honest. He was on the winning side in just 1 of his league starts, which was Salford away in the middle of October. There was only 1 other win in the league in which he played more than a few minutes which was Colchester at home when he came on after an hour. He had 12 games in the league in which he started or came on with meaningful time to contribute rather than a few minute cameo, and we won 2 of those games, losing 2 also.

    He needs experience that he isn't going to get here, it's a loan that makes sense as he isn't starting calibre for a promotion chaser. Don't think East or Osadebe have a future at Bradford City really other than squad players at best as East is now 25, Osadebe nearly 27, they are at an age where if you keep them around they need to make an impact, which either massively do.

    As I've mentioned elsewhere Danny Devine has started more league games yet apparently East is some massive loss to some. I wish the lad all the best but he's 25 now and should have been starting regularly for a team if he was any good

    I suppose it is telling that no other L2 wanted to take him on loan,

    On the plus side, another space that can be filled by a loan player

    Agree. Also potentially alongside Clayton, there’s an experienced pro to support him.

    I’d like to think we will see him again in a city as a result of a successful loan, but sadly doubt it. Let’s see…..

    Tidy but lightweight describes East perfectly. He seems to be regarded as a young player but he is in his mid twenties he needs to go out on loan and shine and come back and prove his point
