Ah. Yeah, the manager can't have anyone undermining him.

Maybe he was right though....?

 

Fine line. You want strong characters and spirit. Leaders aren't shrinking violets. There's obviously a line though and you can't undermine a manager amd expect to survive.

 

Calling him f**king clueless and walking off the training ground was enough though....

Him and Harratt were two peas in a pod. Both wernt playing and both were vocal.

 

Maybe he was and time will tell but in the mean time, the boss is the boss and needs to be respected. If one person does something to undermine him/her than others will just follow ok and the team will disintegrate.

Only one winner with manager and player. He wouldn't be the first or the last to voice his displeasure about a manager in the workplace.

 

Does the boss need to be respected or does he need to earn respect?

 

Or, we could look at his whole career so far and realise he's not even close to being good enough.

 

I’ve read about this a few times. Do we know it’s true? Or is it just a rumour that’s now become “fact”?

 

My mate heard it off a staff member he knows. Its pretty damn obvious its more than just football.

 

I’d rather look at what a improving player is like now still young, very fast, very strong, can finish. I’d say he’s a very good back up to cook and Smith far better than what we have

 

The thing is, when you say he's better than the back up we have now, you are starting from a very low bar.

 

Young and improving? Just last year he failed to hit a single league goal for Walsall and the year after helped take Rochdale out of the football League.

He'd improve us about as much as Edin Rahic did.

 

The absolute epitome of a lower league journeyman at the tender age of 25.

 

He's not better than Oliver or Derbyshire though and we're all saying we want an improvement on those two

 

100% agree. That will get around football circles quite quickly. Fool. In private is one thing, in public is employment “ suicide” .

Oh I agree. The only thing he has going for him above those two is pace, and possibly not as injury prone.
