Did thhey sayy which year?

 

I'm sure that when I renewed my season ticket, I was told that I would still be using last season's ticket, which would have been updated electronically when I made my payment - I think!!

People who have the physical ticket aren't getting a new one so it must mean the QR codes are staying the same. All that needs to change is the wording above it but even if it doesn't get updated it shouldn't matter in terms of using it to get in.

 

Does that mean fans like me and my grandson will have to apply for a new physical season ticket, I much prefer them but heard nothing with regards renewing them, or have I missed it.

Yep. that's what I was told as well.

 

You just use your existing card as usual

 

I rang them last week to clarify that yes if you have a physical ticket and you have renewed then you continue to use your card this next season, also told that the app will be updated before the end of July .....

 

What if you don't still have last year's ticket?

 

I suspect you will have to pay for another one. We were told that if you had a physical season ticket last year that it would be re-used this year.

 

You then have to purchase the newly created Diamond package from Kadima Sports which will ship you a brand new Season Ticket card for only 59 EUR.

 

You will also have an updated virtual ticket in your app as long as you have paid ...

 

To be fair, we’re only just halfway through July so it could be updated anytime

 

Same, my lads have moved so whilst we’ve renewed, they’ve flown the nest and sitting on their own (mission accomplished I guess, going of their own accord)

 

It is just a QR code, it could be made to do anything and access anywhere. So no reason it couldn't be changed for a different seat

 

Great that they’re carrying the City family baton forward, but sad you’re no longer all sat together
