I wonder if any Mansfield fans rated the job Greg did there.

I know that Carlisle fans didn't seem to have too many good words about his time up there and certainly his spell here was a disaster so it'll be interesting to see if the trend continued.

I was in Carlisle a couple of weekends ago, and was chatting to a few lads that are season ticket holders there. They didn't have too many bad things to say about Abbott's time in charge. they weren't exactly saying he was the best manager ever or anything, but no major complaints.

 

Now back at Carlisle as head of recruitment.
