Sorry to hear that Dave…Are they up at the school…quite a trek across the ring toad in this heat!

 

If there on the front pitch near Harrogate Road opposite the Stanfield Arms you can park up next to the pitch and either watch from the car or there are a few benches to sit on, but if I'm not in the starting 11 I'm not sitting on the bench .

 

Looks like Fort Knox in that area at the moment

 

Why's that ?.

 

I only pass there now when I come over for matches or to see relatives but there seems to be a metal fence all around it

 

They’ve been doing loads of work I think it maybe related to the flood defence work. That fencing should come down in the next few weeks.

 

Seriously? He has made 5 competetive appearences in 4 years.

There's quite a bit of roadworks going off again been doing it a while now across the road from the field aswell that goes around the back by the cycle shop.

 

It was a nightmare before though aswell when they were doing the road layout but this isn't as bad.

I remember reading about work was being done that side and @BantamBegins confirmed it was to do with the flooding when the River Aire floods.

 

Didn’t realise he hadn’t played that much. Trial hurts nobody but sounds like he’ll be joining Grigg at Chezzy anyway
