Summer 2023 Transfer Rumours

I don't see Sharp as a player who needs any help sorting his next move out, if in fact he fancies continuing playing he's been around the block but let's hope if he is going to continue he chooses us.

 

As in the gossip....

 

I obviously have no idea how much it would cost to secure Sharp's services, but if say it was going to be 5k a week for 2 years, and if say there was an opportunity to sign for instance a player such as Rodrigues (yes, I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record), for the same amount, then yes, I do think the money would be better spent elsewhere. It's probably all irrelevant anyway as it's unlikely either of them are going to rock up at VP!

 

Rodrigues wont be coming imo. Too much competition. Plus he is completely unproven.

Sharp more likely. Blades fans are convinced its us.

 

Agyei just been announced as the Crewe community champion for last season. That explains the delay in him signing for us then

 

What on earth have I happened across here? Thought I would pop in for some juicy 'unrealistic' transfer target rumours, and instead it's the old boys trip down memory lane!

People getting shirty cos people are discussing other clubs transfer talk on a thread that is about transfer talk. Bizarre.

We should have a transfer thread in a section called "City talk", then we'd know the post's would mainly refer to City's transfer dealings.

We might have to wait a bit for the next announcement - Parker saying this morning City had one teed up but now looks like it won't be announced until later in the week.

 

Agyei perhaps. He won some Crewe award yesterday and was pictured in his Crewe kit. Maybe waiting for that to settle down.

 

Based on that Crewe game, Agyei would be a great signing. Would certainly add pace and skill.

The poor lads career would stall here, pace and skill to then check back , pass to full back then in turn to the centre half.
He'd be better off at Guiseley

 

Sorry didnt see. I agree anyway. It would take the shine away from his award if he is pictured in a City kit gleaming the next day.
