    The club have just posted a tweet about it being our 120th birthday today. The picture has been changed and now there is only Smallewood and Cook behind Hughes with the others cut to remove Crichlow. That to me suggests Cook has already agreed a new deal.

    120 years of history which doesn’t include Stuart McCall who spent 15 years here as a player and manager but we have fecking Chris Waddle in it.

    I normally don't let things like get to me but he's a legend of the club that will never be beaten in terms of legend status. How the hell would you as a club forget that?

    I can only suggest that whoever compiled that montage of City legends and whoever approved its publication has little understanding of our history. I find it insulting to SMc!

    Not when that one man has a history at this club that would be hard to replicate with any other player at any other club.

    I think it’s more to do with some kind of bust up with Sparks.
    Maybe it’s contractual where you can’t use images of people under contract with another club.
    Who knows, but a picture marketing our history without Stuart is just wrong.
    Also, why isn’t Hanson in it? Scored some of the most important goals in our history.

    Not sure why you've moved this. It was in relation to Cook still being on the picture but others being removed, hinting that perhaps he's signed a new deal. By all means start a thread about the 120 year celebrations, but why move this (which wasn't off topic), it was the posts after it about McCall that should have been moved.

    They’ve also cut out Walker, Gilliead and Osadebe so I wouldn’t read too much into it.
