Amazing going, far more than Burton in 2013. The fan base has grown a lot, and some think we’ll struggle to take more than 20k to Wembley lol.

Hopefully the club can begin to capitalise and rise up the leagues.

Who would dream that BCFC and VP would accommodate 45,000 fans in the space of 6 days?

    Yes.

It was a great atmosphere that day but who attended thought there were as little as 13.5k there AND £2k of those will have been Boro?

Amazing progression, sadly on the green stuff we have gone backwards.

Only whisper it around here, but GR started it all.
The pre-GR attendances and post-GR attendances are hugely different.

It was the ground redevelopment that started it after the disaster. The team also progressed at the same rate, culminating in the Prem. That momentum has carried on ,on the terraces, helped by the season ticket initiative. It didn’t carry on on the pitch because of two administrations.

Yep. And it's a solid 15 years of reasonably prices season tickets. Long slog but the hard work is getting there/baked in now. Attendance wise were a much bigger club now than even when we dropped into L1 in 2004.

Then Mark Lawn took the baton to give us even more, and the pull of Hughes gave us what we have now.

16017 was the attendance, not sure how many from boro.
Think that might have been the capacity , as our highest league attendance was identical against Ipswich and only 11428 against Leeds at the start of the season.

So the affordable tickets have played a huge part in building the fan base over the years.
We have approx 18000 full paying. customers for tomorrow, as it stands. Its on tv live as well. People will come , if its right on the pitch.
Nothing to do with being bored in Bradford Mr Fordy.

The point is what would it be like IF we were even moderately successful on on the grass? Of course prices would have to rise but it shows the potential for sure.

I guess the supporter base could cope with a Season Ticket price of £229 quite readily. Designed to limbo below the £10 a game figure, which is still really good affordable football.
