They had to give us 10%, under the rules because our stadium is bigger we didn’t need too. Marvellous! There is no negotiation. It is the desire of the club to have our own fans in the Dallas that is rocking the boat. The O’s had an allocation of 2500 more than adequate for Carlise.

 

Thanks for that Ticket Shambles. Surprised he couldn't see that he has treated 30% of his customers unfairly. To treat us all the same, the whole part of the stadium being used for us should have been available on a first come first served. By doing what he has done, he has created 2 tiers of supporters, one a lower tier than the other. This creates resentment as we all pay the same for our tickets. I suppose it would have created 100% anger rather than 30% but would it have increased the admin difficulties? I feel angry that I am regarded as inferior just because of where I sit.

 

Not just the club wanting our fans behind that goal . I and many city fans think it is a good idea and probably the manager and players, We always had fans behind both goals in the old days.

 

Looks like they were working late to get through the backlog of ST swaps last night seeing as I got an email just after midnight letting me know that my tickets had been sorted out.

 

So how many of the midland road season ticket holders have moved down a few blocks to F and G, thought those two would be sold out by now.

 

If so there are some long waits yet as I sent my original email at 9pm on Monday

 

And all were accommodated without the need to move fans out of the Midland Road. Yeah I'm more than happy to stick my pitchfork in on this occasion. The club have cocked up plain and simple.

 

And did it always bring success?

 

If the reason was to get fans behind the goals then a simple message when putting them on sale with a message from MH saying he wants the crowd to get behind the lads and surround them with a wall of support would have got the fans on side, along with just making it unrestricted for everyone.

the ticket system has been a shambles yes but thats separate to this.

 

So there us a reciprocal agreement for the second leg with city getting 1700 extra seats.

I had the same issues Rod.
Had to go down to the ticket office to get them to do it, which they couldn't.
Gave account details of my lad and they just gave me the tickets.

 

Because it didn't take into account creating this whole mess to achieve something that will have no bearing on the game whatsoever. Who cares if there are home fans behind the goal? Couldn't give a monkeys, had they kept it as was we wouldn't have a 26 page thread about how the club has cocked up.

 

My memory is not that good.
I always stood on the Kop and thought we were a better team playing towards the lunatics in the Bradford end.
