They totally cocked up 25 year season tickets but this is truly, truly inept. In fact it’s shocking. Even by City standards.

 

Tried a test buy for a couple of tickets at south end of Midland Road and the screen said I was timed out despite the bar at the bottom saying I still had 20 minutes left. I got kicked out and have had to start again. I'm now in a 17 minute queue with no idea what the hell is going on. Do I have to buy for 8 of us all together in one purchase to get us sat together?

Logged in after a wait. Went to buy my season ticket seat in K block. Not available. Only the odd ticket here and there. I think the greyed out area is where season ticket holders sit but you can't buy your seat. Not good. Hope it gets sorted out.

So. I’ve panicked and bought seats elsewhere because our seats showed as unavailable.

 

Could not purchase my 4 season tickets. It blocked out all our block which isn't right surely already.

I've ended up buying the only 4 together in next block to us, clearly something not right

Refund everyone’s tickets sold so far, cease sales until it’s sorted and commence again. Carlisle will have to do the same!
Not too difficult , however clearly this has not been thought through properly, unless of course WY police have got their sticky fingers in this ? ( I doubt it so soon, but I shouldn’t assume)
