We started really well but almost as soon as we scored, the likes of Smallwood and Walker just took the foot off. We’ve let Grimsby easily back into this game cumulating in two shocking goals.

Banks has looked lively, Chapman is making decent efforts the rest have been sh*te for 35 mins. SH*TE.

Grimsby look like the team pushing for promotion. If Smallwoods article in the T&A about players looking at the table all the time, then do your job as leader of the team and get their heads straight cause what we are seeing yet again is shocking.

 

This team is shit

 

2 awful goals conceded. With the ball we haven’t been bad, but without it we’ve been awful. Don’t look arsed.

 

Not sure how that was only two minutes of added time? They spent 2 minutes taking each freekick and corner

 

He’s worse

 

2 mins or 10 mins, doesn’t matter. There was 35 mins where the majority of that team showed appalling professionalism.

 

Even if we did go up this team is so short of quality it’s frightening. We’d need a a full rebuild.

 

You are really playing into our hands here the ideal style wide open , giving us the opportunities to press and counter .

Chapman looks a good player for you and the lad on the right .

Something else i noticed , you really switch off at corners , two on one for the short corner is available ,and we should probably have scored one from that .

Will be interesting to see how the 2nd half pans out .

We play top teams in the division and turn up. We play shite teams and we make them look good. Absolutely fed up of being disappointed by these lot

 

I’m sorry but Chapman offers nothing . Should have scored before we scored. Running nowhere except down blind allies and gives a free kick away because he’s two yards behind their player, brings him down , gets booked and they score.

Too many players thinking they have a minute or two to decide what to do with the ball when they receive it.

He’s been a huge disappointment for me this season @Kevin1954 , but look around him when he has the ball and looking forward - there’s NOTHING ahead of him. Cook is stagnant, off the ball movement isn’t his strongest point but there’s 8 other outfield players and there’s virtually nothing else for Chapman to turn to. Sorry, but Walker needs to offer much much much more, as well as Chapman and others.

 

Big 45 mins coming up. Lose and we can forget autos, we may struggle to make the play offs. Win and everything is on again. A draw is disappointing but keeps a play off spot alive.
